ROBERT TRACY, CPA

Robert is the owner of TAX HELP & Accounting Solutions. Robert began his career with Touche Ross & Co., later to become Deloitte-Touche LLP and has held senior management positions in both for and not-for-profit organizations. He is a graduate of Cal Berkeley, a CPA licensed by the California State Board of Accountancy, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Institute of Management Accountants. Robert is also a member of the Campbell Chamber of Commerce.Robert is an avid cyclist and enjoys working out at the gym, diving, skiing and has recently taken up golf.
ARNIE ENTJER, EA

Arnie has been preparing income tax returns for individuals and businesses for over 30 years. Arnie holds a very special position with TAX HELP & Accounting Solutions. He is its co-founder. Now semi-retired, Arnie is available daily during the tax season, and by appointment after tax season. Arnie is an Enrolled Agent (EA). A long time resident of San Jose, Arnie is a graduate of James Lick High School, and a Vietnam veteran who attended various colleges on a GI bill before becoming a tax consultant.Arnie is a sports enthusiast and an avid golfer for the past 20 years. He enjoys reading, woodworking, and gardening - especially the care and propagation of unusual indoor plants.

Laura is the firm’s accountant. She handles all bookkeeping, payroll, and quarterly reporting for the business clients. In addition to bookkeeping, Laura provides payroll quarterly reporting, sales and use tax reporting services. Laura is also a CTEC registered tax preparer.Originally from Mexico, Laura is bilingual and a graduate of San Jose State University.
