Our Fees

Tax Preparation and Consulting

Our fees are based on a value-pricing concept that results in our charging you once for services we have agreed to provide. Those services include consultation available to you during the calendar year, as often as you need us.

This value approach encourages you to contact us throughout the year and we in turn are able to be more effective and responsive to your needs.

Our fees vary with complexity and other factors involving our time and the condition of the information you provide. For example, our standard fee for an individual 1040/540 income tax return with itemization, i.e., Schedule A, is $275. If you have a business to include in your tax return Schedule C, our minimum fee is $135. Rental property, capital gains and/or losses, 1031 exchanges are charged separately. Our fee for business organizations including corporations, partnerships, and LLCs start at $650. It is always best to discuss specifics to fairly determine the approximate cost for our services. We are very competitive and have the highest service standards.

Bookkeeping Services

Minimum charge per month is $200, or $500 per quarter. In other words, the frequency of your reporting requirement is factored into the rate we charge you. There is an initial one time setup fee. Please note that bookkeeping costs, including the setup fee, will be based on our time, number of accounts, account activity, frequency of reporting, and the quality of your records. Our standard bookkeeping service includes sales and use tax reporting, 1099 reporting, and other agency compliance reporting as required.

Payroll Services

Our standard payroll service includes filing quarterly estimates as well as year end reporting. There is an initial one time setup fee. We offer both conventional paper check and direct deposit services.

Other Services

Our fees for other services such as Offer and Compromise are based on our standard hourly rates. An Offer and Compromise can range from $2,500 on up, depending on the complexity, and organization of client information. Other services such as choice of entity consultation are based on our standard hourly rate. Our standard hourly rates range from $40 per hour for clerical services to $250 per hour for professional services.
